Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 12-20 days after processing for delivery. Processing time us usually 2-3 days.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team.
If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund on your purchase.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
