30 Day Return Policy
We have a strong 30 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the item only after 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. After 30 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know. We want to make sure your buying experience remains pristine.
We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the damage within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT refund any items.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, Divine Shopper will cover related cost to reimburse.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Divine Shopper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Divine Shopper will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
