1.) How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at support@divineshopper.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will not be allowed.

2.) How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order on top of the Divine Shopper website. On that page, you can enter your email/phone and order number and email address then press Track to check your order status. If you have a tracking number, you can enter that number in the box and click the "Track My Order" button.

3.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@divineshopper.com

4.) Where can I get my tracking number?

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at support@divineshopper.com.

You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at support@divineshopper.com.

5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.

7.) How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 12-20 business days for United States and 20-30 business days internationally. 

8.) Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

9.) Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
